For Algo services, if no trade is executed within four weeks of subscription, the subscriber is eligible to claim refund depending upon the valid market situation within the period in which trade has not been executed. For educational services full refund will be provided if the classes are not conducted or postponed for six months or later. If there is reason to believe that the request of refund is not bona fide or if any abuse of the services are being made no refund will be provided.
